The Provincial Treasury is one of the departments of the Government of the Northern Cape. The Provincial Treasury manages the provincial economic policy, prepares the provincial government’s annual budget.
The Northern Cape Provincial Treasury in partnership with Fasset (Finance and Accounting Services Seta) is calling all unemployed graduates to apply for the 2024 internship programme.
Opportunities are available in the fields of Information Technology, Finance and Accounting, Taxation, Compliance Management and Internal Audit.

How to Apply for the Internship Opportunities Applying for the Internship is a straightforward process, and there’s no need to certify copies during the initial application. However, shortlisted candidates will be required to submit certified copies of their documents before the interview. Application Process:- Shortlisted applications will undergo a thorough review, including qualification verification, reference checks, security screening, and vetting.
- If you haven’t yet received your qualifications, provide academic transcripts or a letter confirming the completion of your studies.
- When applying for an internship, make sure to include the specific reference number of the post. If you’re applying for multiple internships, submit a separate application for each.
- Communication regarding your application will be limited to successful candidates only.
- Shortlisted candidates should be prepared to make themselves available at the Department’s convenience.
- The Department reserves the right not to make appointments to the advertised posts.
- Failure to sign the Z83 and submit the required documents will result in your application not being considered.
